FRANKFURT - Nassauische Heimstätte - eAccess, eGovernment and eWork

Nassauische Heimstätte supplying 44.000 housing units is shifting their business aims from the traditional emphasis on real-estate and buildings to focus directly on the needs of people living in their accommodation. By creating a high quality of social living environment, the company intends radically to improve the overall quality of their service to tenant customers and business partners.

Within the project three major activities are planned:

1. Introducing eAccess services to the tenants via a secured web portal which is accessible for every tenant using the internet.

The portal will provide information related to the tenants contract, tenant account, consumption billing being exported from the ERP system and provided on a web server with secure accounts for the tenants. Further the web portal will be able to receive information from the tenant like social and technical complaints, request for information etc. The website will available in 6 languages to ease the burden for foreign tenants in contacting the enterprise. All incoming data will be validated and directed to the responsible staff via CRM and ERP systems.

2. Exchanging data with public housing offices as a eGoverment application.

In the process of changing the contractor the data of the leaving tenant and the dwelling is sent to the public housing office. There new candidates are selected and some information about them is sent back to the housing company. Having invited one ore more candidates one will be selected for contracting. These processes are actually done manually by traditional paper mail and shall be replaced by secured electronic data exchange. This could be done either by email with attached data files or by using a (B2B reserved) part of a portal.

3. Digital property check report

In Germany a landlord is obliged by law to inspect his properties to prove it is in a proper state. In order to fulfil these requirements periodic inspections have to be performed by dedicated personnel. The protocols of the inspections have to be kept for cases of dispute.

It is the aim of the project to support that inspection by using a Tablet-PC for mobile workers. The data shall be synchronised with data from the ERP system.
