Kick-off Meeting of the Trusted@work4homes project, funded by the European Commission within the framework of the e-TEN programme:
The objective of this project is to validate, on three European markets (Germany, France and the United Kingdom), the legal, technical, organisational, economic and financial aspects of seven services with trans-European aiming, in order to allow the European housing companies to improve the quality of service to their clients - old people or not - by improving various processes of management of housing (inventory of fixtures at the change of tenant, management of the complaints and of the requests for repairs, maintenance in residence of the old people, automated statement of the energy and water meters...). In particular, the objective is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants and of the staff of housing companies and to provide new outlets to the service suppliers of the sector of housing.
